Graeme Simsion was a technology and business consultant until he decided at fifty to become a screenwriter. After five years of study and writing, he had an award-winning screenplay, but the film studios preferred adapting bestselling books. So he re-wrote his screenplay as a novel. The Rosie Project, together with its two sequels, went on to sell some five million copies in forty languages, and Graeme’s screenplay is in development with Sony Pictures. His latest novel is Two Steps Onwards, written with his partner, Anne Buist.
