A K Blakemore is a novelist and poet from London. Her poetry collection Fondue published in 2018  won the Ledbury Forte Prize for best second collection, and her debut novel, The Manningtree Witches, won the 2021 Desmond Elliot Prize. She has been widely published and anthologised.
